Job Description for IBD Summer Intern
# Educational Background： Finance, Insurance, accounting and Mathematics & Statistics, （Candidates with Science Subjects are more preferred than Art Subjects）
#Degree: Graduates are more preferred
#Qualities
* Chinese Level
* native Chinese speaker
* good ability in written Chinese
# English Level
* can speak very fluent English
* good ability in written English
* with the strong ability of English – Chinese translation (quite familiar with the terms of Finance and Economics)
* National English Test of Level Six should be passed (with excellent exam results of National English Test of Level Eight and TOFEL, GMAT, GRE, IELTS are more preferred)
# Ability of application of various kinds of software
* with high ability of draft reports in PPT
* with high ability of draft reports in Word
* with high ability of exploring excel ( with the ability of modeling is more preferred)
* with the ability of using at least one statistical software (such as: SARS，Metlab）
# Abilities of acquiring various kinds of information and materials
* having the approaches to search information from public sources (such as: internet, newspaper and magazine, etc.)
* having the approaches to acquire information from college, library and other private channels if needed
# Comprehensive requirements

学历要求：硕士为佳
