Description of the position:
Communication interns are responsible for assisting the Comm. & PR Manager in the implementation of the overall communications strategy as well as specific projects for the company. Communication interns are expected to participate in all aspects of the office routine work, providing administrative and operational support to other departments as delegated.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research, write and edit articles for the company webzine “Lab Report”
2. Maintain the company blog and increase its traffic statistics
3. Build publication partnerships to increase our communications impact
4. Organize interviews and provide editorial support for the Book of Brands Project
5. Maintain and expand the Naming Software Database
6. Maintain the Montaigne CRM Database
7. Support direct mails and other marketing campaigns
8. Assist with public relations, correspondence, media enquiries and special events
Profile:
1.Possess strong sense of responsibility
2.Be able to manage multiple tasks, remain organized, efficient and meet deadlines
3.Possess excellent writing and reporting skills both in Chinese and English
4.Possess strong research skills and exhibit keen attention to editing
5.Be familiar with PC skills
6.Be able to work with diverse staff
7.Demonstrate professionalism in the office and at all events where Labbrand is represented
8.Junior, senior and post-graduate students are welcome
No major limitation
Interns will receive evaluation quarterly on their accomplishments and performance in the company. They will gain experience in corporate communications, marketing, public relations, and web publications. At the end of the internship, interns will receive a letter of recommendation detailing their accomplishments and performance as evaluated by the communication & PR Manager and/or the Managing Director.
