与推销顾问配搭,你将扮演一个关键的角色,建立和培养新的客户与商业发展◦这包括市场调查,培养客户关系等◦你大部份的时间也将花在寻找符合客户需求的侯选人,包括评估,确定身份,和包装之后呈现给客户挑选◦
你应有任何科目的学士学位,和至少一年的工作经验,流畅的中文(国语/普通话)是必需的◦咨询猎头顾问的经验或法律背景不是一个需求◦欢迎毕业生投聘◦有较强科外活动的投聘者将占优势◦
你应是机智,积极的,有着不退缩的精神,也能在压力下表现突出◦我们理想的侯选人是有信心,有魄力,善于和资深的专业人员或经理沟通,接洽◦
出色的顾问将有机会在一年后从我们的香港辨事处调到我们其他亚太区域的办事处工作◦
被录用员工的工作签证将会由公司全权负责
